Dental prosthetics

You have lost a tooth or some teeth? You do not like the current tooth colour, form or function?

Dental prosthetics is one of the solutions to these problems.

It is a complicated procedure, involving the diagnostics, planning of treatment, (dental or implant) support preparation, dental impression (i.e. means of information transmission to a dental production laboratory), production of prosthesis and their fixation in a patient’s mouth. The aim of prosthesis is to restore a missing teeth or a row of them, to restore lost occlusal and masticatory functions, to return self-confidence and the ability to smile to the patient. In order to meet the expectations of the patient, a thorough problem analysis is carried out and treatment plan is created. The plan discusses the ways of treatment, evaluates the duration, progress and money of treatment. There is always a team of necessary specialists to solve some complicated cases. When applying modern technology, it is possible to produce high-quality prosthesis that meets the highest functional and aesthetic requirements. For a production, only biocompatible (human tolerated) material is used.

According to the way of fixation, there are two distinguished kinds of prosthesis: fixed or removable.

According to the scope of damage restoration, prostheses are divided into: veneers, onlays, partial crowns, crowns, dental bridges.
